Terms of Service & EULA

These terms govern use of Farnai websites, accounts, licensing services, and desktop applications.

Effective: 20 September 2026

1. Who we are

Farnai is operated by Fardin Shiraghaei in Italy. You can contact Farnai at farnaiapp@outlook.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Farnai account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, downloading or installing a Farnai application, or using Farnai services, you agree to these Terms of Service and this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or software.

Mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law are not excluded or reduced by these terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping access to your account secure.
  • You must not share credentials in a way that bypasses product or device limits.
  • Farnai may require email verification and device verification to protect accounts and licenses.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to Farnai.

4. Trial and license

Farnai Archive Manager currently includes a 14-day server-verified trial. No credit card is required to start that trial. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per account and one trial per device in order to prevent abuse.

An active Farnai Archive Manager Pro subscription grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two activated devices, subject to these terms and the subscription remaining active.

Device verification, signed license entitlements, and reasonable anti-abuse controls may be used to enforce trial and subscription limits. Attempts to bypass or tamper with licensing or entitlement checks are prohibited except to the extent applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

5. Pricing, billing and renewal

The current launch offer for Farnai Archive Manager Pro is €4.99 for the first year and €7.99 per year on renewal. Taxes may be added or calculated at checkout based on your location. Promotional pricing may change for future purchases, but the amount presented at checkout is the amount that applies to that transaction.

Paid subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Payment processing, invoicing, tax handling, and subscription billing are provided through Paddle as Farnai's payment provider and merchant of record where applicable.

You may cancel future renewal through the available billing or account-management flow provided by the payment provider, or by contacting Farnai for assistance. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not remove access already paid for through the current billing period, except where applicable law or a refund decision requires otherwise.

6. Refunds and statutory rights

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's applicable processes. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory rights relating to digital content, conformity, cancellation, withdrawal, or remedies that apply in your country.

7. Software license restrictions

Unless applicable law expressly allows otherwise, you may not:

  • sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute Farnai software or license credentials;
  • circumvent account, trial, subscription, device, or entitlement controls;
  • use Farnai software to infringe intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other laws;
  • modify or distribute Farnai branding in a way that falsely suggests an official Farnai product;
  • use the software to introduce malware, interfere with Farnai infrastructure, or abuse service endpoints.

8. Your files and content

Farnai Archive Manager is designed to process archive files locally on your device. Farnai does not claim ownership of files you create, open, extract, or compress. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process and distribute any content you use with the software.

9. Third-party software and formats

Farnai products may include or interact with third-party software, runtimes, libraries, codecs, formats, or services that are governed by their own licenses and terms. Applicable third-party notices are provided with the software where required.

RAR archive creation may require separately installed RAR or WinRAR software. Farnai does not distribute a proprietary RAR encoder and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by RARLAB or the WinRAR product unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Updates

Farnai may provide security, compatibility, bug-fix, and feature updates. Microsoft Store versions may receive updates through Microsoft Store. Other distributions may use Farnai's authenticated update mechanism. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or online license verification.

11. Availability and changes

Farnai may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove already-paid access without respecting applicable law and the terms of the relevant subscription period. Online services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Suspension and termination

Farnai may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud, chargeback abuse, material breach of these terms, unlawful use, attacks on the service, or deliberate circumvention of licensing controls. Where appropriate, we will take the nature and seriousness of the issue into account. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Warranty and liability

Farnai aims to provide reliable software but cannot guarantee that every archive, third-party format, device configuration, or external service will work without interruption or error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farnai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Farnai Privacy Policy at farnai.com/privacy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Any mandatory consumer dispute-resolution or court rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these terms

Farnai may update these terms to reflect legal, security, product, or business changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
